Chef Alfredo Cotto is a graduate of Johnson and Whales
University. Chef Alfredo graduated with a bachelor’s degree
in Food Service Management. Alfredo has worked in the
culinary field for over 15 years and worked with Big T’s
since opening day! Chef Alrfedo has been instrumental
in all of our day-to-day operations every week Big T’s
has been open for business.
He brings fresh ideas, talent
and has a vast knowledge of the culinary arts, as well
as a well-rounded managerial and business sense. Alfredo's
cooking style infuses a special blend of 'old school'
cooking techniques with the modern culinary world. His
attention to detail and strong emphasis on presentation,
fresh ingredients, and efficiency make him a well-rounded
chef and Big T's is proud to have him.
